Cauliflower Recipe Tip -
Hot Oil

Make sure the oil is hot before adding vegetables to the pan. The oil should be just a light film along the bottom of the pan.

Cauliflower Recipe Tip -
Stir-Frying

If foods don’t have enough space to move on the bottom of the pan, they will steam as opposed to stir-frying.
