Garlic Cauliflower Stir Fry

Garlic and cauliflower stir-fried in butter with parsley and lemon pepper.

Ingredients -
3 tablespoons Butter
1 large head Cauliflower, broken into florets
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tablespoon minced Fresh Parsley
1-1/2 teaspoons Lemon-Pepper Seasoning
 
Preparation:

1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

2. Add in the garlic and cauliflower.

3. Sprinkle the mixture with parsley and lemon pepper.

4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring often, or until the dish is fork tender.

Garlic Availability

Fresh garlic is available throughout the year but peak season is in late spring, the time to find the freshest specimen.  Garlic puree can be found in tubes and jars. Garlic salt, flakes and powder can be found in the spice section.
