Fresh Chopped Vegetable Salad with Dijon Parmesan Dressing

Broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, chopped celery, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, and grated carrot tossed with dressing prepared from real mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, and grated Parmesan cheese. Crisp crumbled bacon pieces sprinkled over salad just before serving.

Ingredients -
2 cups Broccoli Florets
2 cups Cauliflower Florets
1/2 cup chopped Celery
1/2 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
1/2 cup chopped White or Yellow Onion
1/4 cup grated Carrot
1 cup Real Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons Sugar
3 tablespoons grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese
2 Bacon Slices, cooked and crumbled
 
Preparation:

1. Add broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, chopped celery, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, and grated carrot to a large salad bowl.

2. In small bowl, combine real mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, and grated Parmesan cheese.

3. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss to coat.

4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

5. Sprinkle with bacon bits just prior to serving.
