1. Chop the hard boiled eggs into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, toss the florets, tomatoes, bacon bits, cheese, and eggs together.
3. Dissolve the sugar into the vinegar and lemon juice.
4. Whisk in the mayonnaise until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad, and toss gently to coat.
6. Cover and refrigerate until well-chilled.
7. Toss again gently, and serve. |
