1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crisp.
2. Drain the bacon well on clean paper towels, the crumble.
3. Place the broccoli and cauliflower and cheddar cheese soup in a slow cooker.
4. Add the crumbled bacon.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
7. Top with the cheddar cheese about 20 minutes before you are ready to take it out of the crock pot. |
