Cheesy Baked Cauliflower

Steamed cauliflower tossed with real mayonnaise and prepared mustard. Mixture is topped Parmesan cheese and baked until cheese is golden brown.

Ingredients -
1 head Cauliflower
1/4 cup Butter, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Prepared Mustard
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2. Wash and trim the head of cauliflower.

3. Steam the head for 30 minutes.

4. Drain the liquid and place the cauliflower on a pie plate.

5. Combine the mayonnaise and mustard in a mixing bowl.

6. Spread the mixture over the cauliflower head and dot with pads of butter.

7. Sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese.

8. Bake uncovered, for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden.
